Follo reads the invoice details a reminder needs, like your client's name and email, the amount and the due date. It does not create invoices, take payments or see your account balances.
Disconnect any time, from Follo, Xero or Stripe.
Reminders come from your business. Replies come straight back to you.
No more than 25 reminder emails per account per day. A bounced address is left alone for 30 days.
NZ dates, NZD and NZ time zone, handled correctly, so a reminder goes out on the right day.
Email reminders only, and Xero and Stripe today. We would rather tell you than surprise you.
A real person reads every message. Send a note and you will hear back within 24 hours, every day of the week. If it needs looking into, I will tell you that within 24 hours and follow up.

Follo only reads the invoice details it needs to send a reminder: your client's name and email, the invoice number and date, the amount and currency, the due date, and whether it has been paid. It does not see your account balances, and it does not create invoices, take payments or move money. Xero access is read-only. Stripe does not offer a read-only option to apps like Follo, so the permission Stripe shows you is wider than what Follo uses. You can disconnect at any time.
Xero and Stripe today. Follo reads the outstanding invoices in whichever one you connect and builds your reminders from that. QuickBooks and PayPal aren't supported yet.
Every reminder goes out under your own business name, and any reply lands straight back in your own inbox, not ours. To your client, it looks like it came from you, because it did. Each reminder does end with a small "Sent via Follo." line.
We do not currently. We looked into sending reminders by text message and found there was no reliable way to send SMS from a New Zealand number, so for now every reminder goes out by email only.
Yes, any time, from your Account page. Deleting stops all future reminders immediately. Your data is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind: log back in within that window and everything comes back exactly as you left it. After 30 days it's permanently erased.
